What I do
I help tenants find a flat in St. Gallen: searching listings, attending viewings on their behalf and preparing and handing in applications. I act exclusively on behalf of tenants, on the basis of a signed power of attorney, and accept no fees or commissions from landlords. I am not a real estate agent for landlords, and I do not sign leases on behalf of clients.
Liability for content
I write the content of this website with care, but I can't guarantee that it is complete, correct and up to date at all times. The information on rental law is a general overview and not legal advice. Liability claims for material or immaterial damage caused by using this information are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, for example rental platforms. I have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it. The respective operator is responsible for the content of linked pages. Rental listings are only linked and never copied to this website.
